1.If we have special requirements for your machines, can you make customized one for me?

Answer:We can make customized machine for different customers, for example, different voltage, color, authorized brand for some electrical components.

2. What?s your payment terms?

Answer:  30% of total payment will be paid by T/T as deposit. The other 70% will be paid by T/T before delivery.

3. When can we arrange shipment?

 Answer:We usually arrange shipment within 40 days after getting deposit, but customized machines should be more than 20 days.

4.What?s your package ways?

Answer:We usually adopt the wooden case,plywood pallet and plastic film special for exporting case.

5.Could your company send technician to help installation and training?

Answer: Yes. We will send one or two technicians (one is electrical engineer, one is mechanical engineer) to install the machines and help train the workers. The buyer should be responsible for the round air tickets and be responsible for the hotel, meal fees. the buyer should pay the technician salary, which is 50USD per day per person.

6.How about the warranty time?

Answer:One year. From the date of signing Test Acceptance

During the warranty time, the broken spare parts caused by the machine problems are free to be provided for the Buyer, and the Buyer is responsible for postage. Provided that the spare parts are broken caused by inappropriate operation or other irresistible incidents, includes all kinds of natural disasters, fire, wars, etc, the Buyer shall be responsible for all fees, including spare parts fee and postage.  

7.What you can do if my machines have problems?

Answer: a.We can send you free components to you if your machines are in guarantee time.

 b.We can send our engineers to repair your machine

C.We can use computer, mobile,etc to contact with you and monitor your machine problems then give you the solutions to solve them.
